Privacy, without the fine-print feeling.
Information needed for your order.
We store the calendar you selected, order and payment identifiers, amount, payment status, fees, and the email PayPal provides for the order. We use these records for file delivery, support, accounting, refunds, and fraud prevention. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Essential cookies and security.
Essential session cookies protect checkout and connect you with your receipt. Our hosting server keeps ordinary access and security logs. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit abuse. We count page views by page and day without advertising trackers or visitor profiles.
Payments and service providers.
PayPal handles payments under its own privacy policy. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the store and deliver receipts. Your private receipt link acts as an access key and should not be posted or shared.
AI and customer information.
We use AI to help create original calendar artwork. Generation uses creative prompts, not customer payment data, customer emails, or private receipt links. Purchasing a calendar does not submit your personal information as an artwork prompt.
Retention and requests.
Order records are kept as needed for accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Temporary download and rate-limit records are cleared automatically. Email weldon@weldonpc.com about access, corrections, or deletion requests. Some transaction records may need to be retained.
