Let’s get your year
on paper.
Nothing complicated. Just your files, a printer,
and a fresh stack of possibilities.
Download and unzip.
Open your private receipt after payment has been verified and select “Download your calendar.” Save the ZIP file, then extract it using your device’s normal unzip option. On many computers, you can right-click and choose “Extract All,” or simply double-click the ZIP.
Choose your paper and week start.
Open the PDF that matches your paper: US Letter or A4. Each size comes in a Sunday-start and a Monday-start version. The file name identifies the version. Print only the one you prefer.
Check the preview first.
Set orientation to portrait and select the correct paper size. Start with “Actual size” or 100% scale. If your printer’s non-printable margins clip the design, use “Fit” instead. Leave borderless printing off unless you know your printer supports the chosen paper.
Make a one-page test.
Print January before committing to the whole year. Standard copy paper works; a slightly heavier matte paper can feel more substantial if your printer supports it. Use paper within your printer’s weight limits. Screen and printed colors will differ.
Put it somewhere you’ll see it.
Print all twelve months or a fresh page when you need it. A clipboard, simple frame, or paper clip works well. Choose single-sided printing for separate monthly pages. Printing or paper supplies are not included with your download.
